Brecon & District Credit Union has an efficient team of volunteer staff to look after the day to day needs of our members.  All our volunteers are committed to the continuing success of the Credit Union and to its business ethics and philosophy.

The four principles of the Credit Union movement are;

1.  The promotion of thrift among its members by the accumulation of their savings.
2.  The creation of sources of credit for the benefit of its members at fair and reasonable rate of interest.
3.  The use and control of members savings for their mutual benefit
4.  The training and education of members in the wise use of money and in the management of their financial affairs.
